We have implemented new software for the POP3 (incoming) email server.

With the increased use of mobile devices by our customers we have seen an increase in the number of issues you have been experiencing with email on your mobile devices.  In efforts to resolve the issues we have installed a new email server software supporting the POP3 protocol (downloading email) that should help to alleviate the issues you may have been experiencing. 

Most customers should not notice any change in the way your email works.  However for those of you that have experienced issues with downloading duplicate emails, an effect of leaving emails on the server and of using multiple devices with the same login, you should see an improvement with fewer duplicated emails.
